How long does it take to receive event pictures
event pictures are usually available between 48hrs-2 weeks unless a rush request has been purchased
Is there a deposit required?
Yes. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit due to reserve the date. Full price is required to release the pictures. Deposits can be refunded if cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
if you've booked 3-6 months in advance, Cancellations may be refunded at 20% of deposit.
Anything photo services booked 6+ months in advance may receive 12% of deposit. After 3 months all deposits are non-refundable.
